Delivery & Returns
Free standard delivery is applied to all UK Mainland orders with a value over £50. Orders under £50 will be subject to a flat rate delivery charge of £2.50. For all other destinations there will be additional delivery charges, please contact us by email or telephone with details of your location so we can calculate your delivery costs.
Items are posted within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard, which usually takes 2-3 working days. Please be aware during busy times orders may take longer to dispatch and deliver. If you have a specific deadline e.g. birthday, anniversary, wedding, please email us and we will do our best to send your order to you on time.
We will advise you if an item is out of stock and give you the option of either an alternative item or cancelling your order.
A gift wrapping service is available for an additional charge. Choose this option when adding to your basket.
Refunds & Exchanges
We endeavour to measure and describe each item listed in our shop as well as possible, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage etc. before making your purchase. Due to the very nature of the items in our shop, each being handmade, each unique, no two items will ever be exactly the same.
We hope that you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you decide you need to return an order, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order to confirm you wish to return it. Please return your order within 14 days.
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged when received for a full refund, or any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you in error. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resaleable condition (if it gets broken or creased on its return journey) a refund won’t be able to be issued, so please ensure it is packaged very carefully.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings.
