As a farmer’s daughter, Dawn has always been intrigued with the flora and fauna of this wonderful country. Her interest in domestic animals, (from her childhood years on the farm) and wildlife has become obsessive. This obsession of the natural world has been expressed through art both in painting and sculpture.
Dawn trained at Rugby School of Art and at Northampton University gaining a B.A.(Hons) in Fine Art, specialising in sculpture. Dawn has exhibited widely in this country and abroad. Her favoured mediums are oils and pastels, occasionally acrylics.
Dawn is very happy to accept commissions both in sculpture and painting of both domestic and wildlife subjects.

I was lucky enough to find myself at Fosse House Gallery a few weeks ago. The knowledgeable and friendly owner Shenac, has a wonderful eye and her creative space was packed full of delightful art and gifts. I couldn’t resist leaving without several packets of her delightful signature ‘bee’ cards. I will definitely be back.

Just had 2 pictures framed of my artwork and am SO pleased with how professional they now look! Jonny was so helpful and took time helping me choose the right frame & knew exactly what I wanted. I’m a novice at this, but Jonny made me feel not only great for such a good job he made on framing my work, but gave my confidence a bit of a boost! Definitely bringing my artwork here again. Thanks Jonny! See you soon! Give Sox a cuddle from me.

Thanks for doing such a great job with the Hockney print. It’s now hanging in the hall for all to see and looks fabulous.
